Once again, Tai Ceredigion has been awarded “standard standard” which is the highest assessment that Housing Associations can achieve.

Over £3m investment for Lampeter’s new Social Enterprise Centre

Thanks to Welsh Government and EU funding, the Canolfan Dulais Centre in Lampeter will be transformed to create a new Social Enterprise Centre, supporting small businesses and local charities.

Local social landlord Tai Ceredigion will benefit from £1.5m of Welsh Government Targeted Regeneration Funding plus £1.1m of EU funding to help to create high quality office space to support local small businesses and charities.

The existing centre will be demolished and purpose-built as a 1,250 square-metre two storey enterprise hub and social premises, housing up to 15 SMEs and charities. It will create 20 new jobs for trainers, mentors and Continue reading

CHC publish Senior Management Remuneration Report

In 2018, Community Housing Cymru appointed Turning Point HR solutions to collate and analyse data provided by housing associations in Wales on senior management remuneration.  This research project was undertaken following recommendations from the Public Accounts Committee to generate greater transparency and openness in the sector and the findings have now been published on the CHC website.
