Steve has worked in housing for 30+ years across the UK including Anglesey, Sheffield, and in Scotland, after gaining a housing degree at Sheffield Hallam University.

Eleri Jenkins, Director of Housing and Support

Eleri is responsible for housing management services, including support for older and vulnerable residents.

  • 32 years of experience in all aspects of housing management
  • Past experience in local authority and with Cymdeithas Tai Cantref
  • In post since stock transfer in 2009
  • Respected housing professional in west Wales and Fellow of the CIH
  • Leads on tenant involvement and participation
  • Fluent Welsh Speaker

Llyr Edwards, Director of Property Services

Llyr Edwards is the Director of Property Services, with the responsibility for maintenance and development.

  • Over 20 years housing experience
  • Degree in Building Technology and Management
  • In post since stock transfer in 2009
  • Planned, managed and successfully oversaw completion of WHQS works
  • Currently leading on TC’s development plans
  • Fluent Welsh Speaker

Kate Curran, Director of Corporate Services

Kate has over 15 years experience in Public Sector Finance and is responsible for the Finance, Governance and ICT departments within Tai Ceredigion.  She is a CIPFA qualified accountant and transferred from Ceredigion County Council to Tai Ceredigion in 2009. Kate was appointed Director in March 2016 and is a Trustee of Age Cymru Ceredigion  and a Member of the Dyfed Powys Police and Crime Commissioner Joint Audit Committee.   She is an active Welsh learner.
